We are located along the Erie Canal in Pittsford, NY. We offer baseball and softball programs, in spring, summer, and fall for more than 800 players in Pittsford and East Rochester. We welcome players of all skill levels and abilities; we believe “if you want to play, you can play”. We also offer Challenger baseball, an adaptive program for children with physical or intellectual disabilities.

At its core the PLL experience is about establishing lifelong memories, creating a sense of pride in our community, and an environment where friends and classmates play with and against each other for good-natured bragging rights.

Through the game, players learn life lessons in leadership, perseverance, discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Since inception, two PLL players have gone on to play Major League baseball – simply put, we’re very proud of them and equally proud when our players go on to do great things in something other than baseball or softball.

FALL BASEBALL & SOFTBALL

Fall 2022 Registration Now Open!!!

We welcome new and returning players ages 4 to 16 years old to play fall baseball and softball. The League is open to age-eligible players who reside in or go to school in Pittsford or East Rochester. The focus of our fall program is player development – improving skills, teamwork, and working outside one’s comfort zone. Fall baseball and softball allow players the opportunity to gain confidence and advance next year by getting more experience and providing the opportunity to try new positions.

Player placement in the fall typically mirrors where a player will play in the upcoming spring season; for example, a baseball player who was in the Coach Pitch division for the 2022 spring season should register for the Machine Pitch division for the fall 2022 season (and again for the spring 2023 season).

Age-eligible players interested in 50/70 baseball should register for the Intermediate program. Players interested in 60/90 baseball should register for Juniors or Seniors. Follow these links for a summary of the various levels of play for baseball and softball.

Teams will be formed and rosters/schedules will be posted over Labor Day weekend. Fall teams usually practice once a week (on weeknights) and play a game each Saturday throughout the season. Games this fall are scheduled to begin on Saturday, September 10th and the season will conclude on Saturday, October 29th.
