Registration for Pittsford Little League is done securely online. Payment is typically made with a credit card, but we can also accept mailed checks. If you intend to pay with a physical check, please contact us prior to registering in order to make arrangements. We no longer offer paper registration. Payment is expected at the time of registration (except for waitlist). Unpaid non-waitlisted registrations are deleted after 24 hours.
Registration is first-come first-served. Please do not wait to register. Programs that fill up will be subject to a waitlist. Programs may close to registration prior to our published deadlines; e.g. if they fill up. The system will automatically tell you if you are subject to a waitlist. Waitlist registrants do not have to pay until a confirmed spot opens up. If you are waitlisted, our intention is to let you know within one week whether or not there is room for you. Register early to avoid the possibility of a waitlist.
Proof of Age
All new players to Pittsford Little League must provide, at the time of registration, a photocopy of proof of age (i.e. birth certificate or passport). This will be kept on file as the player's official proof of age. Players who have played in prior years sometimes may need to provide proof of age if not on file. Scanned images can be uploaded to the website, presented at evaluations, or mailed (PLL, PO Box 313, Pittsford NY 14534).
Except where explicitly noted, players must reside or attend school within the geographic boundaries of the Pittsford or East Rochester School District. Please contact the President of Pittsford Little League with any questions about residency.

Pittsford Little League's refund policy is to issue a credit for the full amount of the base registration fee for participation in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter Baseball or Softball. This credit will remain for use by the family for any other Pittsford Little League program for one year from the date that the refund request is approved by a League board member. There will be no refunds/credits for late fees, ticket purchases for any event (Red Wings, Russ Smith Barbecue, etc.), summer camp, training programs.
